Terms of Service

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMER:• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.• I will not tolerate disrespectful behavior, and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

II. PAYMENT PROCESS:• Payment is done through Paypal invoice using USD.• I will start working on your commission after receiving full payment.• Partial payment is allowed for commissions totaling $50 or more.

III. REFUNDS:• You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not completed.• No refunds will be provided if the artwork is fully completed.

IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE:• Art resolution: Typically 5000 x 5000 px; larger sizes available upon request for an extra fee.• Deadlines: Agreed upon before commission begins.• Timely completion: I strive for prompt completion, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. I'll keep you informed promptly of any issues.• Sketch approval: I'll provide a sketch for approval before proceeding. One complete revision and some minor revisions allowed at this stage.• Flat colors approval: I'll provide my progress on coloring as well. Revisions are also allowed at this stage.• Artwork completion: Once the artwork is done, I will send the files on the email you provided. Subtle revisions are allowed in completion phase.

V. REVISIONS:• Revisions due to my own oversight are free of charge.• One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase and are included in the commission price.• A limited number of minor revisions are allowed during the coloring/painting stage and are included in the commission price.• Additional major revisions during the painting/rendering stage will incur additional fees• The determination of whether a revision is minor or major is at my discretion.

VI. SPECIAL OPTIONS:• Rush Job: +100% of total price• Use for Resale: 300% of the original price (Applies to products, marketing, or digital streams).• Exclusivity/NDA: 300% of the original price (Pay for ownership and/or confidentiality).

VII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY• I, the artist, retain the rights to any commissioned works.• I reserve the right to post watermarked versions of the commissioned work on my social media, unless you have purchased a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).• The final product is strictly for your personal use only unless you purchase commercial rights.• Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.• Crop and resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.• Use the artwork as reference for a study purposes.• Share the artwork on social media with clear credit to me.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork as your own.• Remove my watermark/signature.• Alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.• Add color to my sketches or lineart.• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.• Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing rights from me.
