Terms of Service

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMER:ㆍ I retain creative freedom while staying within my style and the information provided by the client.ㆍ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if communication becomes unproductive or disrespectful.ㆍ If the client is unresponsive for 30+ days, the commission may be considered abandoned with no refund.

II. PAYMENT:ㆍPayments are handled through VGen checkout (PayPal), or via PayPal invoice for off-platform commissions.ㆍ I usually begin work after full payment is received. In some cases, payment after sketch approval may be arranged by prior agreement.ㆍPartial payments are available for commissions totaling $100+ or for returning clients.ㆍReturning clients may also pay during the process or after completion, depending on prior agreement.ㆍInvoices must be paid within 48 hours unless we agree otherwise.ㆍFull commission is delivered only after full payment.ㆍ Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the agreed commission. This means payments cannot be transferred to a different character, concept, or future commission.

III. PROCESS:ㆍCanvas size: typically square canvas around 4000 x 4000 pxㆍDeadlines: Agreed upon before commission begins.ㆍCompletion: I aim to finish commissions promptly, but delays may occur; I’ll always inform you in advance.ㆍSketch stage: You’ll receive a sketch for approval. Once the sketch is approved, pose or composition cannot be changed.ㆍRendering stage: I’ll share progress during coloring/rendering.ㆍFinal delivery: Once complete, I’ll provide a Google Drive folder or send the final files via email. Subtle tweaks (such as small color or lighting adjustments) may be requested at this stage.

IV. REVISIONS:ㆍRevisions due to my own mistakes are free of charge.ㆍSketch phase: One major revision (e.g., pose or composition changes) and multiple minor revisions are included.ㆍColor/render phase: A limited number of minor revisions (e.g., small color or detail tweaks) are included.ㆍExtra major revisions during rendering may incur an extra fee.ㆍSubtle tweaks after final delivery do not include major revisions or redraws.ㆍWhether a revision counts as major or minor is determined at my discretion.

V. REFUNDS:ㆍ Partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of completion.ㆍOnce a stage is approved, that portion of the work is non-refundable.ㆍ No refunds are available after final files are delivered.ㆍ If a refund is issued, all rights to the artwork are revoked, and ownership remains with the artist.

VI. SPECIAL OPTIONS:ㆍRush Job: +100% of total priceㆍMonetized use: +100% of total price
(For content that generates revenue, such as monetized social media, streams, or videos.)ㆍCommercial use (full commercial rights): +300% of total price
(For merchandise, marketing, branding, resale or wide digital distribution.)ㆍExclusivity / NDA:
– NDA only: +150% of total price (art kept private; I won’t post or share it)
– Full exclusivity & ownership: +300% of total price (you gain full rights and confidentiality)ㆍSpecial options must be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

VII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYㆍI, the artist, retain full copyright to the commissioned work unless full exclusivity & ownership has been purchased.ㆍI may post watermarked versions of the artwork on my portfolio or social media unless an NDA has been purchased.ㆍThe final product is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.ㆍCredit to me is required whenever the artwork is used publicly or commercially, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. full exclusivity).

✅ You may:ㆍPrint the artwork for personal use.ㆍCrop or resize it for avatars, headers, or thumbnails.ㆍUse it as a reference for artistic studies.ㆍShare it online with clear credit to me.

🚫 You may not:ㆍClaim the artwork as your own.ㆍRemove my watermark or signature.ㆍAdd color to my sketches or lineart.ㆍEdit or alter the piece beyond approved revisions.ㆍUse the artwork in AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency-related projects.ㆍReproduce or sell it commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
